Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or improper use, unauthorized access.

Rights of interested parties
The persons to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of their data and to know the content and origin, to verify the exactness or request completion and updating, or correction (art. 7 of lgs.decr. no. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article of law, they have the right to request deletion, conversion into anonymous form and blockage of the data used in violation of the law, as well as to object to their use, at any time, for legitimate reasons.
