GUARANTY

EFFECTIVE, CLEAR AND COMPLETE

In spite of the fact that the current legislation recommends a guarantee for works of consolidation on existing buildings for only two years, Novatek S.r.l. guarantees that if within the ten years following works the part treated by it undergoes further damage it will provide to repeat the work at its care and expense, excluding any other cost or indemnity.

The warranty does not apply to the appearance of microfissures due to possible slight settlement of the terrain as a consequence of the works themselves, since they do not endanger the solidity of the building as a whole. The warranty also does not apply when any possible sinking or damages are due to external and/or exceptional causes, among which we indicated, by way of example and without limitation: excavations adjacent to the part treated, floods, earthquakes, washing away of the soil, etc.

The above guarantees are valid in the terms and limits described on condition that the agreed price has been paid in full at term. The date of validity is that of closure of the worksite.
